Butt Ugly in Mill Valley

I am posting this Mill Valley structure just because it is so butt ugly, it "needs tlc", and the fact that the asking price has been reduced 10%. A few more of those and the 35% correction (at least) will be complete. Boycott RE for a while longer... Anyway, current asking price is $983,000 for 4 br 3 ba, 2068 sq ft, built in 1962.

The mls mentions "great new price", so I'm guessing this was reduced. Judging from the shape, it was probably a cheaper build, and which now "needs tlc". Another $1M Marin fixer.

But hey, it IS Mill Valley which has that oh so beautiful congested traffic!
Husband and I did a drive-by of a 'house' for sale in San Anselmo today.
Oh. My. God.
The ad said 'Needs some TLC'. TLC?!?!It needs to be demolished before it falls down! I'm sure someone will build a Mcmansion on the property, though. There were already several perched on the hillsides around it...

The MALT cows may come to visit from time to time.

I mentioned this house in another post. It's uninhabited, so very musty, aqua wall to wall carpet, 60's style kitchen, 60K in termite work and a large tree current in the process of cracking the foundation with it's roots. After looking at this POS I finally gave up.
