This 1419 sq ft PoS in Tiburon, built in 1915, is described in the realtor's write up as "a shabby chic pied a terre, or start from scratch and rebuild. To be sold as is." You don't speak Realtorese? "A shabby chic pied a terre" means "PoS". And how much for a place that should be taken out of its misery? Asking a mere $1,300,000.

LOL...a realtor using "shabby" and "chíc pied à terre" in one breath--a sign of desperation? Perhaps it's better to simply say it en anglais: "it sucks".
Numbers for this "pied à merdre"
20% down @ 6% = $6200/mo. + taxes.
You'll need to make roughly 2.5 times the median Marin salary ($90K) to easily afford this one.
LOL. I should rename this blog to "Marin Morceau de Merde".
