Dust-Colored POS in Novato
This 1 br, 1 ba Novato POS comes in at 678 sq ft. Built in 1935. Asking $619,000 LOL! That's $913 per sq ft. And what do you think of those stone pillars?
The stone pillars are bad enough, but it also looks like it has had aluminum or possibly that fake plastic siding added to it at some point. Hard to imagine how you could make a 1930s vintage crap shack even worse, but they managed it. And that price! Such a deal.
geez, the houes isn't that bad. it's no $600K house, but still. it's much better than some of the others.
What it looks like is irrelevant (but the real junkers are fun to post). It's what you get for how much you have to pay for it that makes it a POS IMO. I focus on the lowest common donominator of the housing stock since that shows the least you can get for the least amount of money.

I'm sorry, sometimes my cat goes over into the next yard. I'll clean it up, I promise.
looks like a mobile home
looks kind of like the 19th hole at a public golf course in Lodi. Still, I never would have guessed it was built in 1935.

Flintstones? I'm sure they have a fireplace to match.
