Many things come to mind: that X-files episode with the guy (legless and armless) living under a bed on a skateboard; or perhaps chainsaw wielding tenants; or lots of feral cats chomping on their now dead mistress; or Mickey Rourke's latest address?

Lordy. Where will this madness end?
I actually like this house. It pisses me off that the owner took s**t care of it and now has the gall to ask $749,000 for it. And I would not pay that much for a house this size even if it were in good condition. But it's a cute little place, under all the neglect.
