%595,000 - surely you ject. That is OVER one half million US dollars - maybe you have a different kind of million dollars in Marin.
In SF for the same price you would get no grass, trees, about 290 square feet, called 'jr one bedroom' complete with homeless neighbors and drug dealers and ladies/gents of the night as neighbors.
Sigh.
..close to conveniences - does that mean the out house is nearby?...post the picture of this loser who owns this place - only if they bought it in the past 3 years though.
