Battleship Gray in Greenbrae
This is just plain embarrassing. This Greenbrae eye-sore, at 1368 sq ft, built in 1949, is asking $1,250,000. Ok, so there is a dinky pool and the interior is not trashed, but it's not especially nice either. Welcome to Marin folks!

Just when you think you've seen it all, just when you think you seen home prices get beyond outrageous, something like this comes along.
How do I describe this...mind-boggling, stunning, breath-taking?
Welcome to Marin...now please open your wallet and leave your brain at the door.
Yech! This is almost as ugly as that Kentfield beater. Nothing says POS quite like a flat tar roof! Great find; live like white trash for $1.2M.
This property listed on 11/02, but clearly the seller has no clue about current prices! Right--it's simply greedy/brainless.
I predict this seller will chase the market all the way down; I seriously can't see this selling for more than $600K (and that's high).
The askng price of this ugly thing was dropped to $1,195,000 on 12/23. Keep on reducing...
