Skinny POS in Corte Madera
This is the rear view of this POS in Corte Madera just to show how skinny it is. It comes in with 2 br 1 ba, unknown square footage, and was built in 1906. Entering the house from the front requires climbing a staircase. Asking $699,000.
1906? Are they sure it isn't one of the hastily-constructed "earthquake shacks" that were built in SF as emergency shelter after the quake, transported across the bay? It sure looks like one.

Before I read the first post, I was thinking "miners shack".
Where's the burro?
I have craps bigger than that.
That house next door looks like a POS, too, come to think of it!
This POS sold for $645K. I believe the address is 103 Corte Madera Avenue.
