That's because it probably is. Novato used to be a big military town, due to the presence of Hamilton AFB. I know - my dad was an enlisted guy at Hamilton in the 50's, and I grew up in a house very similar to this.
I wish he were still alive, so he could see what type of insanity is going on here...
They should call it a "lazy man's special". Tired of maintaining the lawn? Just cover it up with a few bags of mulch. Oh, and are the sellers going to take that plastic Wal-Mart chair with them or does that come with the shady covered porch? Speaking of the porch, is it concrete so I can stub out my Marlboros on it as I sit in my Wal-Mart chair and drink beer?
