Testing the Greater Fool Theory in Mill Valley

2 br 1 ba, built 1929 in Mill Valley along noisy E. Blithedale. $749,000. But don't worry because the listing agent assures us that it is quiet inside -- they never lie and they always have your best interest in mind. And if you don't buy it, some Greater Fool will so you better rush before prices drop any further.

You know, don't you, that this one has been listed in the recent past? If I recall, it wasn't more than a few months back, though I can't remember dates or pricing. I do remember this listing, though. As is the case with the yellow POS on Shoreline, you wouldn't know anything about the previous listing if you were just looking at the MLS...

Shame on me for not keeping track in this sea of POSs we have here in Marin.
