I truly laughed out loud when I read the description for this San Rafael PoS. Here is the realtor's write-up:"This is a true contractors special. To be sold as is. No reports on file. This alliance home, has a nice open lot, nice bones, great neighborhood. Award winning dixie schools. Terrific up potential. All it needs is a buyer with imagination and tools."This "nice bones" house will set you back $579,000.

Basically, it's a wreck. That's a LOT for 0.147 acres imho.
I see I'm basically repeating what was under the photo...Man, that was dumb of me. I can say this home was first listed in November.
In New England, where I grew up, people would call this structure a "tool shed".
Home to the lawn mower, the snowblower, the shovels and the wheelbarrow.
But it would have good bones.
Oh, and if the lawn mower, snowblower, shovels and wheelbarrow wanted to go to school, there would be good ones to go to...
