Lipstick and Rouge

This Mill Valley PoS was built in 1923, 2 br 2 ba, and comes in at 620 sq ft. The realtor doesn't even bother to go to the effort of writing a description for this one. So I will: "This is the perfect house to live the Top Ramen lifestyle in Marin that you've been dreaming about...le chic petite terre whatever... so come on down! Features 220 volt wiring, a laundry room, stacked washer/dryer, a shower and tub, and oooooh just look at that gas-only fireplace." Originally listed at $567,000 and now reduced to $549,000. Wow! What a frickin' deal! 3.2% off! Thanks Mr. Seller. I'm going out right now, calling my realtor, and getting me one of those interest-only, negative amortizing, stated income loans that everyone has been talking about because, you know, Marin is, like, just so worth it and, like, everyone wants to live here and they aren't making any more land dontchyaknow.

LMAO...
2BR/2BA at 620 sqft! That's almost like living in a Ramen bag! Doing a little research suggests they recently built a second bedroom/bath "downstairs", bringing the sqft from 501 to 620. The great views are the only liveable aspect of this property.

Note: they may flex on price, as the listing states: "Bring all Offers"

We looked at this house and there is no access to the lot from the street (it is so steep you need crampons and I am not exagerating).

It is TINY, the sceptic is all screwed up, the lot can never be developed for these reasons. I will always be a one bedroom chicken coop...

Amazing price for a vegetable patch (oh I forgot you can't grow anything there as there is no soil). I think it all slipped down the hill.

What - did you forget?

In Marin you can wear shorts while golfing in January _and_ drive four hours to skiing!
