Dinky, Blue Mill Valley POS

This tiny Mill Valley POS comes in with 2 br 1 ba, 958 sq ft, 1,002 sq ft lot (!), built in 1971, and is tightly crammed in with a bunch of other houses. If you don't value privacy then this POS is for you. And it comes with most of the "must have" lifestyle clichés that you would expect in yuppidy South Marin. Asking $629,500.

That's a house? It looks more like human storage.

by comparison the garage apartment to Fonz lived in on Happy Days looks like a McMansion.

Is it possible for a house to sit on a lot that's 60sq ft bigger than the house itself?!

I am glad someone pointed that out. So about 60 ft^2 implies how large of a margin around the house I wonder? It's depth must be measured in centimeters!

A couple of points: this is really a PUD, not a single family. Its address includes 'Unit B'. It could be considered to be like a detached condo. As to lot being 60 sf bigger than the house's living area, note that it's a two story house. If both floors are the same size, figure total bldg area at 958 + 200 (for the single garage) = 1158, divided by two gives a footprint of 580 sq. ft. Leaves enough for the patio that shows in the listing pictures.
