F-ing the Buyer in Fairfax

I am posting this one just to spite the seller of this Fairfax POS because of the insultingly small price reduction of 0.4% Yeah, four tenths of one percent. They're gaming the system I'd guess.

It comes in at 3 br 2 ba, unknown square footage (but it looks really small), unknown build date. Currently asking 1,034,000. It's been on the market for just 32 days.

The lot is .26 acres; the structure sqft is not provided. Judging from pics, I'd say 1700sqft max. $1M for Fairfax; buy now before it goes up!

Indeed. That is one hefty price for a cute LITTLE house.

But who knows, maybe now that Steve Wozniack's 24 million dollar mansion has been price reduced to 12 million, maybe the days of cute LITTLE million dollar homes will be winding down?

I call bulls*** on the days on market statistic. I saw this thing in one of those glossy RE mags at the supermarket last Xmas. The realtor pulled it and relisted it to make it "fresh".

I wish I had hard data on how many houses get "pulled it and relisted it to make it "fresh"".

The Lindh address is San Anselmo, one town over.
