So what's worth $750K here? (besides the cactus)--all .19 acres of sloped, rather inaccessible land? Or possibly all 921 sqft of "modern living" (just look at the kitchen). Live like a hillbilly for 3/4 of a $million.
Wow. I guess 3/4 of a million bucks ain't what it used to be. With a garage and a little updating, why, I'm ever so sure this could be flipped for 1.2 million.
(I just looked at a pile of rotting plywood on the North Coast for a half-million. Jaded much?)

As soon as people stop looking at houses as a means of getting rich quick then this whole house of cards will come tumbling down. Without exception, that's the way of all speculative episodes. The hard part is knowing when it ends and that's something no one can know and can only guess at as more and more info comes to light.

The cactus has to be worth $100K.
If it is in Marin then it is golden...hence the Golden Turd award.

Seriously, what are people smoking?
